Accessing Account Settings on one-hundred-two
Open one-hundred-two on your phone and tap your profile icon or username in the top corner. You'll see a menu with options like Profile, Payment Methods, Notifications, Security, and Help. Each section is designed for quick access—no scrolling through endless tabs or hidden submenus. On Android, the layout is identical to iOS, so switching devices doesn't confuse your workflow.
Your Account Settings are always one tap away. We prioritize speed because we know you're often checking settings between bets on Liga 1 matches or Esports Betting markets. The entire interface loads in under a second on 4G or WiFi.
We designed Account Settings for mobile-first players who need to manage their account without friction or delay.
Profile and Personal Information
Your profile on one-hundred-two contains your email, phone number, and display name. You can update any of these from Account Settings. If you change your email, we'll send a verification link to your new address. Once you confirm it, your one-hundred-two account switches to the new email for all future logins and password resets.
We also store your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents—your ID photo and proof of address. These are required to verify your account and comply with local regulations. You can view which documents we have on file and upload new ones if your ID expires or you move to a new address in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or elsewhere.
Your display name is what other players see if you participate in any community features on one-hundred-two. You can change it anytime from your profile settings. We don't require your real name to be public—you can use a nickname or username instead.
We keep your personal information private. We never sell your data, and we only share it with payment processors and regulators when required by law. You can review our full privacy policy from Account Settings to see exactly what we collect and how we use it.
Payment Methods and Deposit History

Add a payment method
Tap Payment Methods in Account Settings and select from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).

Link your account
Follow the prompts to authenticate with your payment provider. We use encrypted connections, so your credentials stay secure.

Set as default (optional)
Mark one payment method as your default so deposits are faster next time. You can always change this later.

Remove a method
If you no longer use a payment method, you can delete it from Account Settings. We won't store it anymore.
Your deposit history is also visible in Account Settings. You can see every deposit you've made to one-hundred-two, the date, amount, and payment method. This is useful for personal accounting or if you need to dispute a charge with your bank.
Withdrawal history is also tracked
You can view all your withdrawals from Account Settings, including the date, amount, and status. If a withdrawal is pending, we show you the expected completion window.
Notifications and Preferences
We send push notifications to keep you informed about Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments, Esports Betting opportunities, and account activity. You control what you receive. Open Notifications in Account Settings and toggle each category on or off.
You can customize notifications by sport, league, or event type. If you only care about Liga 1, you can disable notifications for other sports. If you're busy during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, you can pause all notifications temporarily. We also let you set quiet hours—for example, no notifications between 10 PM and 8 AM—so we don't disturb your sleep.

Security and Password Management

We also support biometric login on Android and iOS. If you enable fingerprint or face recognition, you can enter one-hundred-two in one tap without typing your password. Your biometric data stays on your phone—we never see it. It's encrypted by your device's security system.
If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link, create a new password, and you're back in. If you can't access your email, contact our support team. We can verify your identity using your KYC documents and help you regain access to one-hundred-two.
We take account security seriously because your account is your trust in one-hundred-two. Every login is encrypted, and we monitor for suspicious activity.
Login History and Device Management
You can view your recent login history from Account Settings. We show the date, time, device type (Android or iOS), and location (city-level) of each login. If you see a login you don't recognize, you can log out that session remotely. This is useful if you think someone else accessed your account.
We also let you manage active sessions. If you're logged into one-hundred-two on multiple devices, you can see all of them and log out any device you're not using. This is a good security practice—if you lose your phone or upgrade to a new one, you can log out the old device immediately.
Support and Account Recovery
If you need help with your one-hundred-two account, tap Help or Contact Support from Account Settings. We offer email support and live chat during standard business hours. Our team responds in English and local languages. We aim to resolve most issues within one business day.
